TERMS & CONDITION:
- Check-in time is at 2:00PM, and checkout time is at 12:00NN. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. A cleaning fee of PHP 5,000 will be charged for any violations.
- Housekeeping Service: Make-up room service is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Prohibited Items: For safety and comfort, pets, animals, objects with unpleasant odors, flammable or explosive materials, and unauthorized weapons are not allowed in guest rooms or on resort property.
- Visitors: Visitors are welcome from 8:00AM to 10:00PM. Additional charges apply for visitors staying beyond these hours. All visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest.
- Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is free for in-house guests.
- Key Cards: Please return key cards to the front desk upon check-out. Lost cards will incur a charge of PHP 500 each.
- Liability and Conduct: The resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left in the guest room. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. Guests are expected to adhere to acceptable norms of decency and respectful behavior at all times.
- Damages and Payment: Guests are responsible for any damage, alteration, or removal of furniture and equipment as well as any vandalism caused by themselves or their visitors. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to your account. Bills are payable in cash or by credit card.
- A cash deposit of Php 1,000.00 per night is required for incidental charges and will be refunded upon checkout, less any deductions if applicable.
